Order Processing Information

We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible! Our typical processing time is between 1-3 business days.

Shipping Information

All orders are fulfilled in Australia and shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. For international shipments, your order will be transferred to your local postal service once it reaches your country.

Australia: Free standard shipping on orders $135 AUD and over. For orders under $135 AUD, a flat rate fee of $7.99 AUD will apply.

Expected delivery for standard shipping is 2-8 business days once Australia Post has received the package.

Express Post is available for a flat rate fee of $14.99 AUD. Expected delivery for express shipping is 1-4 business days once Australia Post has received the package.

International: Shipping calculated at checkout. Expected delivery for standard international shipping in 6-27 business days once Australia Post has received the package (customs not included).

Please note that international delivery is not currently available for the USA and its Overseas Territories, including Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.

 

Customs & Duties/Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are determined by the destination country. Frankie May does not have control over these charges, and we are unable to predict or advise on what duties may be applied.
