Order Processing Information We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible! Our processing time is 1 business day, with fast dispatch — same or next business day.

Shipping Information Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. For international shipments, your order will be transferred to your local postal service once it reaches your country.

Australia: Free standard shipping on orders $150 AUD and over. For orders under $150 AUD, a flat rate fee of $8.99 AUD applies. Expected delivery is 4–8 business days.

United States: Free standard shipping on orders $150 USD and over. For orders under $150 USD, a flat rate fee of $8.99 USD applies. Expected delivery is 4–8 business days. No additional import duties or tariffs will be imposed.

Rest of World: Shipping calculated at checkout. Expected delivery for standard international shipping is 6–27 business days (customs not included).

Customs & Duties/Taxes International orders (excluding the United States) may be subject to duties and taxes, which are determined by the destination country. Frankie May does not have control over these charges, and we are unable to predict or advise on what duties may be applied.
