Return & Exchange Policy

At Frankie May, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer full or partial refunds and exchanges under certain conditions.


Sale Items:
Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged, and this damage was not advertised.


Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo within 48 hours of receiving it and email it to hello@frankiemay.co for further assistance.


Change of Mind Returns:
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order to receive the return address.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to Wodonga, VIC, 3690, Australia. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of postage with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Please note: refunds for change of mind will be processed minus the original shipping and merchant fee costs, as these are non-recoverable expenses incurred during your purchase.


Inspection and Refunds:
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Upon approval, we will process your refund.


Misuse and Care Instructions:
We cannot offer refunds if the product has been misused or care instructions have not been followed. Please read the provided instructions and manuals carefully before use.
